Our Amazing Achievers

Dominating the Sprint Events
At the 2024 edition of the Ghana International Schools Sports and Arts Festival, Adom emerged as the fastest man, cementing his status as the festival’s sprint king. He claimed gold in the 100m with an impressive time of 10.5 seconds — his national breakthrough — and also dominated the 200m. He further led his AIS teammates to victory in the 4x100m relay, contributing to a clean sweep of the sprint titles.

Nana Kwame Adom Yeboah

Association International School (AIS) Athletics Team delivered a standout performance at the Ghana International Schools Sports and Arts Festival (often called the Ghana Interschools Festival), particularly in the track and field events held at the Borteyman Sports Complex. Led by head boy and sprint sensation Adom Yeboah, the team’s explosive speed in the sprints and relay events highlighted their depth, teamwork, and competitive edge among participating international and local schools.

Our amazing students impressed the judges and audience alike with their outstanding speeches, vibrant traditional Chinese costumes, and graceful cultural programs. Their hardwork, creativity, and passion for language and cultural exchange truly stood out on stage at the Confucius Institute Students Association at the Univerity of Ghana. We are so proud of the team for representing AIS and for taking the 2nd position with such confidence, elegance, and global spirit.
