Mr Tom Hibbers is an international educational leader with over 20 years of experience across Africa, Asia, and Europe. Skilled in governance, compliance, and accreditation, Mr. Hibbers specializes in IB authorization and evaluations in PYP, MYP, and DP. He also led CIS, and AISA processes, driving institutional growth and transformation. Currently as Deputy Head of School at Association International School, Accra, Tom secured AISA accreditation and is preparing the school for an IB multi‑programme evaluation.

Eunice Edem Semordzi-Kpogli is a seasoned finance professional currently at Association International School, an IB Continuum School, as the CFO. She is a chartered accountant with ACCA and ICAG, Chartered Tax Practitioner (CITG) certifications, along with an advanced diploma in transfer pricing. Eunice is a member of the Institute of Directors, Ghana (IoD) and has over nineteen years of experience across airline, health, oil & gas, financial institutions, and now the educational sector. She has successfully implemented policies that transformed financial departments and secured high-level bank loans for organizational expansions.

Godwin Kwame Yamoah is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) with over 17 years of active practice in Human Resource Management and Administration. He holds a Master's degree in Management and Human Resource Strategy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. His career spans leadership and strategic roles at several reputable companies in Ghana, and currently, Association International School (AIS), where he serves as Director of Human Resource and Administration.

Mr. Nana Bamfo Mr. Bamfo has many years of rich experience in secondary school leadership. For the past fifteen years, he has served in similar roles as Head of secondary at a couple of international schools in Accra. Prior to this, Mr. Bamfo worked as a senior teacher of English at the St. Thomas the Apostle College in London, U.K. While at St Thomas the Apostle, in 2009 to 2011, Mr. Bamfo served in the role as deputy head of the English department. Before then, he worked as a teacher of English in a couple of secondary schools in the Southwark Borough of London. Mr. Bamfo has an impressive track record of raising attainment standards in schools and we are confident in his ability to provide structure and support within a nurturing Christian school community that would ensure that your child receives a high quality education at AIS.

Ms. Nana Seiwaa Sekyere holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Education from Mount Holyoke College, Massachusetts, USA, and a Master of Education in Language and Literacy from Harvard University, Massachusetts, USA. She also has a Massachusetts Early Childhood teaching license for Pre-K to Grade 2. Her career in Early Childhood education began in 2017 at Association International School. Since then, she has served as a Pre-K 3 homeroom teacher and Early Years Coordinator and now lead as the Head of Early Years. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where children feel valued and confident to take risks in their learning. She believes that building a strong home-school partnership is essential to student growth, and she is committed to working closely with parents to support each child holistically.

His mission is to bridge the gap between high school excellence and college success and he has a proven track record of long-term mentorship and academic support, maintaining a strong professional network with alumni to facilitate ongoing success.He is a published bio-medical research scientist and currently a Ph.D. candidate at University of Ghana, Legon.
